Refund policy

3-Day Refund Policy: Full refund available within 3 days of delivery only if the product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

7-Day Replacement Policy: Replacement allowed within 7 days ONLY for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing video (continuous, without cuts) is compulsory for any claim. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

Strict Conditions: Product must not be installed, tested, or tampered with. Warranty void once installed.

No Returns/Refunds/Replacements for: Used/installed items, physical damage after delivery, or customer mishandling.

All claims are subject to verification and approval by BitBrahma.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Repeated or suspicious claims may be rejected under fraud prevention policy.
